FAQ Answer

Can I make a change to a deposit that has been submitted but not yet delivered to the Cashier's Office?

 

Depositors are not permitted to modify deposits once submitted to the Cashier's Office. Changes to the deposit amount are made by the Cashier's Office and depositors are notified via an adjusted email receipt. Modifications to the deposit account number(s) must be made by the depositor, via a manual journal, once the deposit has been batched and posted to the deposit account numbers.
