I was looking for the updated report documentation associated with Freeze Grants, but when I try to access it at http://www.finance.upenn.edu/ben/benfin/documentation/reportdoc/quickv/, it takes a long time to display. Is there something wrong?

If you were using Netscape, the slow response time can be attributed to the way Netscape processes the report information. We are redesigning the site to make it faster, but in the interim, try using Internet Explorer (IE). You will find that accessing the FinMIS report documentation via IE is much, much quicker.
