You need to be sure to use the entire URL, including the "https://" prefix - this ensures that
you will be using a secure connection. Simply using "http://"or dropping off the prefix entirely
will cause a message like one of the following to appear:
Netscape: "There was no response. The server could be down or is not responding.
If you are unable to connect again later, contact the server's administrator."
Internet Explorer: "This page cannot be displayed. The page you are looking for
is currently unavailable. The web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may
need to adjust your browser settings."
