Welcome to BEN Knows - the place to browse and search for possible solutions to your BEN Financials and BEN Reports questions.

In addition to using your training materials and calling 6-HELP, BEN Knows is another resource for you to utilize in getting help with your BEN Financials and BEN Reports questions.

How do I use BEN Knows?

There are two ways to find a possible solution to your BEN Financials and BEN Reports questions: browse by topic or conduct a keyword search.

Browse by Topic: By clicking on Browse by Topic, in the Navigation column, you can view a complete list of the topics that contain possible solutions to your problem.

• By clicking on a specific topic, you can view a list of possible solutions related to that topic. For example, clicking on Application Access/Passwords will display a list of solutions related to the topic. By clicking on a specific solution, such as 'Deleting BEN Financials Access', you can view the details of that solution.

Keyword Search: By entering a keyword into the Search BEN Knows box, located at the top of the page, such as 'invoices', your search results will list all of the solutions containing the word 'invoices'. For more details on conducting keyword searches, check out Searching BEN Knows.

What if there is no solution listed for my problem?

BEN Knows gets a significant portion of the solutions listed here from your calls to 6-HELP. When you ask a question, that question and its answer is entered into the solution database. If a solution is not listed for your problem, dial 6-HELP and ask your question.

Should I use BEN Knows instead of dialing 6-HELP or using my training manual?

BEN Knows should be used as an additional resource in getting help with your BEN Financials and BEN Reports questions. Please continue to either dial 6-HELP and/or consult your training documentation, but now you have another place to go.
