GL Reporting (Secured) vs PO Manager
Please remember that all reports that are run from GL Reporting (Secured) are based on your ORG Security access in BEN Financials. Reports that are run from PO Manager are NOT based on ORG Security.
For example when you run the 163.ORG: Open Encumbrances Report from GL Reporting (Secured) the Open Encumbrances on your report will be restricted to your ORG Security i.e. 0103, 0729, 4413, etc. The same is true when running any of the 100X, 150X, 200X, or 300X Reports from the GL Reporting (Secured) responsibility: the results displayed on the reports will also be based on your specific ORG Security.
However when you run the 164.ORG: Open Encumbrances Report from PO Manager, you will see ALL Open Encumbrances across ALL of the ORGs which are within the parameter range you entered when you requested the 164 report. When running the 501 Matching Holds Report, when you enter the Buyer Name or the Fund Number you will see all Matching Holds regardless of your ORG Security. Another example is running the "Open Purchase Orders By Buyer" Report: when you enter the Buyer Name you will see all Open Purchase Orders by that Buyer or PO Manager, regardless of what ORG is charged on the POs.
