Suspense Transactions Reporting For a Specific School/Center

To obtain a report of all suspense transactions for an organization, run the 160.ORG: Account Analysis with Payables Detail report. This report must be run a single period at a time and will retrieve suspense transactions created in that period only. The report will provide monthly transaction detail of journal entry actuals for an account combination or a range of account combinations.

In GL Reporting (Secured) responsibility:

  • Select Reporting> Run Report.
  • In the Submit a New Request window, click [OK] to acknowledge that you want to run Single Request.
  • Enter 160 in the Name field or Click on the list of Values [...] and select the 160 report.
  • Enter the Period in the Period Name field.
  • Tab and the Penn Accounting Flexfield window will open.
  • Enter the account combination(s) in the Low and High fields (Enter CNAC, ORG, BC, Fund, Object code -use the range of 9500-9599 to ensure that all suspense accounts are retrieved, Program - use 0000, and CREF - use 0000.
  • Click [OK] - the Penn Accounting Flexfield window will close.
  • Click [OK] to close the Parameters window.

Click [Submit] to submit your request
