Completed Reports Not Printing
First verify that you added a Default Printer in your Printer Profile in BEN Financials, then verify that your Concurrent Report Copies are set to 1. Your Profile can be modified within the following responsibilities: Budget Entry, GL Inquiry, GL Reporting, Journal Entry, and PO Manager Responsibilities.
To verify or add your Default Printer:
- Double click on Profile
- In the Profile name field initiate a query from the menu bar by choosing View>Query by Example>ENTER OR by pressing “F11”.
- Enter %Printer% and from the menu bar choose View>Query by Example>RUN OR “Ctrl F11” to execute the query.
- Check your settings for ‘Printer’ in the column “Profile Name”, your printer number or “pxxxxxx” will be displayed in the column “User Value”
- To change your Printer click in the “User Value” field … and Find your Printer and click OK
- Click the ‘yellow disk’ icon or File > Save to save your changes
Now verify or change your Concurrent Report Copies:
- As before in the Profile name field initiate a query either by choosing View>Query by Example>ENTER OR by press “F11”.
- Enter %Report Copies%, then choose View>Query by Example>RUN OR “Ctrl F11” to execute the query.
- In the “User Value” field of ‘Concurrent:Report Copies” verify or enter 1 and save your changes
After verifying your Printer and Concurrent Report copies please resend your BEN Financials Report(s) to print once more. If your BEN Financials Report is still not printing or the Report completes with an Error please contact BEN HELPS at 215-746-4357 or enter a BEN HELPS Ticket for assistance.
