Property Management Group

The Property Management group is part of the General Accounting department in the Comptroller's Office. They are responsible for the maintenance of BEN Assets, the property management system, which tracks capital items purchased by University departments. The group is also responsible for the tagging and periodic inventory of capital items, as well as reconciling the property system to BEN Financials.
