Running the Reports
RCM Model

Due to the differences in the handling of student aid between the templates that are used for fiscal year based reports versus those used by Grants and Contracts (and URFs), you need to be careful when comparing the 102 or 103 reports with the 2XX reports. The 201 and the 211 will treat student aid the same way as the 102 and 103 do. However, the other 2XX reports will show the graduate and professional student aid as contra-revenue, and therefore a reconciliation is needed when doing this comparison.
