[ Corporate Tax ]
The mission of Corporate Tax is to provide the community of the University of
Pennsylvania with a business resource for the development of a strategic approach
toward identifying and mitigating areas of tax exposure.
Corporate Tax has the primary responsibility for ensuring that the
University of Pennsylvania and its subsidiaries/affiliates comply with all federal, state and local tax
laws. This encompasses:
Preparing all tax returns for the University and its subsidiaries/affiliates
Advising the University community on matters pertaining to Federal, State & Local Taxes:
