[ Corporate Tax - Intermediate Sanctions Excise Taxes ]

What's New

An amendment to Section 4658 (d) (2) of the Intermediate Sanctions regulations raises the maximum tax that can be imposing on Organization Managers. It will increase from $10,000 in the aggregate per act to $20,000 in the aggregate per act.
