Penn's corporate ID# is for travelers who are renting cars for business purposes and will be reimbursed by the University. Personal rentals can be made on this site, but the corporate ID number should not be entered into the reservation.

Booking Options

• Book your National Car Rental Reservation online at http://www.nationalcar.com.

  When you enter this number - Corporate ID#  5001856 - into your car rental reservation it identifies you as a Penn traveler and provides you with comprehensive LDW/CDW and liability coverage for domestic rentals. You may decline all other insurance options.

  When you enter the corporate ID number, the system will seek out and respond with the lowest applicable rate. Sometimes it is Penn's corporate rate with unlimited miles and sometimes it is a promotional or discounted rate.

  Preferred Renters Program

• Enroll now in National's Emerald Club
  This is an enrollment form for University of Pennsylvania employees. The $50 one time enrollment fee is waived.

Reimbursement

• When seeking reimbursement you must submit the original receipt provided by National when you return the car.
