If you need a Travel Profile please contact the Travel Office at 215.898.3307 and we will send you a form to complete and return. Travel Profile forms can also be found in the Comptroller's website under Forms. Service Fees Listed below are the service fees charged to Penn travelers by American Express. These fees are the result of the elimination of commissions which were once paid by the airlines to travel agencies.
These service fees are considered a reimbursable expense and should be listed on expense reports.
