How the ITS Service Center Works
Using Numara's Footprints software users can create and review Service Desk issues. Uncomplicated
menus will guide you directly to areas appropriate to your needs.
Footprints will process your request, email you a written confirmation (if desired), and explain how you can check on its status.
If you are experiencing problems with your PC, select the link below to access Numara Footprints.
Select a type and category for the problem. Please enter a description of the problem you are encountering and click " -> GO ".
