[ General Liability Insurance ]

The University maintains General Liability Insurance, which covers claims for bodily injury or property damage for which we are legally liable.

In the Event a Non-Employee is Injured or Sustains Damage:

1. In the event of injury or damage to a non-employee, immediately report it to the University Police. http://www.upenn.edu/police/

2. Complete an incident report and forward it to Risk Management.
