Overview
Investment Accounting oversees and manages the accounting responsibilities related to the University’s investments. Its primary functions include monthly updating of the University’s accounting systems, monthly reconciliation of cash and investments between the University’s accounting system and custodial bank records, monthly evaluation of Penn’s Associated Investment Fund (AIF), monthly preparation of final statements for investments, and monthly posting of AIF income and gains to all applicable funds.
