The Policy

  1. The Chief Investment Officer, as designated by The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, is the Investment Fiduciary for the noncontributory defined benefit plans (Retirement Allowance Plan of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Presbyterian Medical Center, and The Pennsylvania Hospital).

  2. Investment policies, as established by the Investment Board, are on file in the Office of Investments.
