You must call to activate checks before using them. Please call 1-866-880-7245 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. You’ll need to give the service representative information on the check you’re using and the exact amount it will be. When you request to use the check and authorize activation of it, funds will immediately be deducted from your TotalPay® Card account. After verification is complete, record the authentication number the service representative provides you on both the check and check stub to keep for your records. The date on the check must match the date of the activation.
