What’s happening?
On Friday, May 6th, the Finance network will undergo maintenance between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. The Finance remote access VPN, network drives, and other services below will not be available during this time.
How am I impacted?
The following systems and services will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
Unavailable SRFS Systems
Campus-wide and cloud-based systems will be available under their normal operating schedule during this maintenance period:
* To access PennO365 and Outlook email on the web, use https://www.office.com and log in using your PennKey.
** To access Penn+Box on the web, use https://upenn.box.com.
After the maintenance period is completed, ITS will send an update notification indicating when all Division of Finance systems are back online and available.
How should I prepare?
We advise that any work be saved prior to the outage window. We expect all systems and software applications will be available after 10:00 pm.
