The ITS staff is dedicated to providing you with an efficient, easy to use, and completely interactive means of registering and reviewing active technical and support requests. It is a way for you to reach us, and a channel for us to reach you. With Numara's Footprints software, users (that’s you) can closely monitor information technology and support requests.

How the ITS Service Center Works

Using Numara's Footprints software users can create and review Service Desk issues. Uncomplicated menus will guide you directly to areas appropriate to your needs. Footprints will process your request, email you a written confirmation (if desired), and explain how you can check on its status.

If you are experiencing problems with your PC, select the "Click here ..." link from below on this screen. Select a type and category for the problem. Please enter a description of the problem you are encountering and click " -> GO ".
