Gift & Investment Services

Overview

The Gift and Investment Services department includes three separate subdivisions. These subdivisions are Trust Administration, Investment Accounting, and Gifts Accounting, Administration, and Records (which includes Securities Gifts Accounting and Administration).

Gift and Investment Services is predominantly known for providing a high level of consistent customer service to Penn’s school and center business and development offices, providing accounting and reporting responsibilities related to the University’s internal and external investments, and a commitment to providing accurate gift accounting processes.

Each subdivision works independently and collaboratively with each other towards meeting established department goals.
