Gift Accounting & Administration

Gifts Accounting and Administration is responsible for the timely and accurate recording, depositing and accounting of all donations and pledges in support of Penn.  In addition, Gifts Accounting and Administration is responsible for the ongoing commitment to monitor all gift payment activity and to provide reliable gift activity data to representatives of all Business and Development offices at Penn.  Securities Gifts Accounting and Administrations role is to perform all daily obligations involving the acceptance, retention, and liquidation of security gifts donated to Penn.
